These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Our Service. By using Our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.
Securing Pets: You must ensure that pets are kept indoors or securely contained prior to our scheduled arrival. Failure to secure pets may result in service rescheduling. If services cannot be performed upon the second visit due to unsecured pets, you will incur a visit charge to compensate for time and transportation expenses. You will receive prior notification and a reminder before service arrival.
Property Access: You agree to provide safe and accessible entry to the service area. If access requires unlocking gates or doors, you are responsible for providing unlocked access or supplying necessary passcodes. All provided passcodes or keys will be stored securely by Our Company.
Payment for services rendered is due within two (2) weeks from the date of service.
A late fee of $5.00 will be applied if payment is not received by the due date (14 days after service completion).
An additional $5.00 fee will accrue each subsequent week the payment remains outstanding.
If we are unable to provide service because pets are unsecured or property access is unavailable, service will be rescheduled once without additional charges.
If we are unable to complete service on the second attempt for the same reasons, a visit charge will be incurred to compensate for gas, labor, and time expenses.
We reserve the right to reschedule service appointments due to inclement weather or other unsafe conditions at our discretion, without additional cost to you. Notifications will be provided promptly in such circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions on-site present a health, safety, or security risk to our staff, including but not limited to: aggressive pets, excessively hazardous or unsanitary conditions, or any other situation deemed unsafe by our staff.
By submitting forms on our website, you consent to receiving communication via call, text, or email, sometimes using automated technology. Communications will pertain to quotes, appointment reminders, or occasional special offers.
Standard messaging rates apply. You may opt-out anytime by replying END or STOP to texts or emails. We will never sell your information.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if You breach these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability and Your exclusive remedy for any damages related to this Service shall not exceed the amount paid by You to Us for the specific service rendered or $100 USD, whichever is less.
Our Service is provided "AS IS," without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
For any dispute or claim arising from the Service, You agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting Us directly.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent required to enforce the remainder of the agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with material changes communicated at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
